| Description | Team synergy and functionality is essential in the workplace. Unfortunately, all too often work teams are dysfunctional and not performing as well as they could. This training will help participants identify the important elements of a team and how to build an effective one. Participants will practice active listening skills which are essential to the good communication needed in building a strong team. They will also explore the theory of multiple intelligences so that a greater appreciation can be fostered for the different strengths that individuals bring to the team. Finally, they will identify the four stages of forming a team, determine where they are in the process, and make a strategic plan for moving forward to improve the quality and function of their work team. |
